Configuring Database Backup Using RMAN in Oracle 11g

In This Session I'll be show to how configure a Database Backup using RMAN Utility

    

               1.   First connect with rman with target database

             Some basic steps for connect rman as below.

a.       Set environment variable

b.      Set oracle home

In where your oracle database is running

c.       After use rman command

The target clause specify

                Whatever set oracle sid set that value will be use as target

 Forward slash

                 It is authenticate through current Operating System (OS).

d.      Show All Command 
         Using this command you can show all the rman configuration setting  

  e.      After you can change setting accordingly your requirement     
             Some few changing configuration setting is below:

              f. After you can see you changes which you did it
